About these terms

These terms apply when you use davessocks.com or order from Dave's Socks. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Product sales are between you and Dave's Socks. You can contact us at admin@davessocks.com.

Products and orders

Please check the product description, colour, quantity and delivery details before placing an order. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. We aim to keep product information and stock availability accurate.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the items we cannot supply. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once it has been dispatched. This does not limit your consumer rights.

Prices and discounts

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless another currency is displayed. The checkout shows your order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping, before payment. Future price changes do not change the price of an order already accepted.

Eligible quantity discounts apply automatically. Quantities are counted separately for each colour, and the best qualifying per-pair rate applies to that colour. Current thresholds and prices are displayed on our product pages. Shipping thresholds use the order value after discounts.

Delivery

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Our Shipping & Returns page explains current Australian shipping rates and estimated delivery times. Delivery times are estimates. Contact us if an order is delayed, lost or damaged so we can help resolve it. Nothing in these terms removes our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Return and Refund Policy explains our change-of-mind offer and how to request help with faulty goods. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded or limited by these terms or our store policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit our store or make a purchase. Payment processing and the store platform also involve Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout.

Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, misuse other people's information, or submit harmful or unlawful content. Website content, images and branding belong to their respective owners; these terms do not grant permission to reuse them commercially.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Updates do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Australian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
