Australian delivery
We deliver across Australia. All shipping prices below are in AUD.
We dispatch orders within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard shipping: $10 on orders up to and including $75 after discounts.
- Standard shipping: $5 on orders over $75 (from $75.01) after discounts.
- Standard transit: 2–8 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: $15, with transit of 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. Available options and charges are shown at checkout. We email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & exchanges
Change-of-mind returns
You can return unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. For hygiene reasons, worn socks and socks removed from their packaging cannot be returned for change of mind.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Email admin@davessocks.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If possible, include a clear photo to help us assess it. We will help arrange the appropriate remedy. Our change-of-mind time limit and packaging conditions do not limit your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. The remedy available depends on the problem. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. Other rights, including remedies for non-major failures and compensation where required by law, remain available. We will cover reasonable return costs where required under these rights.
How to return an item
Contact admin@davessocks.com with your order number before posting a return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and assess your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
