• Australia-wide delivery: We ship anywhere in Australia using trusted delivery partners.
• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days.
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout).

Shipping rates:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
• Flat rate of $7.95 for orders $50 or under.
• Express shipping calculated at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your socks. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

• 30-day return window: If your socks are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
• Faulty items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you - no questions asked. Just be sure to grab a clear photo of the defect and contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• How to return: Simply email our support team at admin@davessocks.com with your order number and details. We’ll send you return instructions.
  
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of socks that have been worn or removed from packaging (unless faulty).
