What are the socks made from?
Our business socks are made from 70% bamboo and 30% COOLMAX. They are designed for everyday workwear and smart outfits.
What sizes do the socks fit?
Our socks are one size fits all. If you are unsure about fit, contact us before ordering.
How much do the socks cost?
One pair costs $9.95 AUD. Automatic mix-and-match quantity discounts reduce the price to $8.32 per pair for 3–4 pairs, $6.99 for 5–9 pairs, $6.50 for 10–14 pairs, and $6.00 for 15 or more pairs.
How do the bundle deals work?
Add your chosen quantity on the product page or in your cart. The best qualifying rate applies automatically to every pair of Onyx and Midnight in your cart. No code or separate bundle product is needed. For example, 3 pairs cost $24.96 and 4 pairs cost $33.28. Both colours count together. For example, 3 Onyx and 2 Midnight pairs cost $34.95.
How much can I save?
Compared with buying individual pairs at $9.95 each: 3 pairs cost $24.96 (save $4.89); 5 pairs cost $34.95 (save $14.80); 10 pairs cost $65.00 (save $34.50); and 15 pairs cost $90.00 (save $59.25). All amounts are in AUD, before shipping.
How should I wash and care for my socks?
Wash separately or in a mesh bag, using cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Do not dry clean. Fold your socks rather than rolling them.
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
We deliver across Australia and dispatch orders within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard shipping is $10 on orders up to $75, or $5 on orders over $75 (from $75.01), after discounts. Standard transit takes 2–8 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is $15, with transit of 1–4 business days after dispatch. You receive tracking by email after dispatch. Read our shipping and returns information.

Can I return my socks?
Our return window is 30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging. Please read the full returns information for conditions, faulty items and how to contact us.
